It doesn't say when either, just that it will fall off. I filed in 2010 so I still have a little bit less then 2 more years for it to fall off. Right now I have 2 BK on record because I filed in April of this year again due to loss of job. Since the discharge at the end of July my score went from 450 to 574 on Experian.
