How do I find out my discharge date?

When I visit Pacer and view "status" I get the message below. I'm about to need to move for my job totally unexpectedly and won't be able to rent with an open bankruptcy. Whoops. I filed 5/29

Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution

Assuming you took the second class (pre-discharge financial management class) and the certificate of completion for the class has been filed, you would get a discharge sometime after 60 days from the 341 meeting.  Depending on your district, it could take a couple of weeks for the Clerk to enter the discharge.  This of course, assumes no one files a timely objection to the discharge.

When was your date for deadline of objection of creditors?

9/6, so sounds like it'll be sometime after that. My attorney I think forgot to submit my reaffirmation, though. He just did it on Friday (58 days from filing). Not sure if that'll delay things

You should be getting discharge very soon.
