How to delete CH13 upon discharge?

Is there any action I can take towards getting a CH13 deleted soon after discharge, which is five years after the filing date?

It will fall off after seven yearw. Mine fell off automatically a month before seven years.

In my wallet: Venture 15k; Barclay Ring 12.5k; Discover 10k; CareCredit 7.7k; Amazon Store Card 5k. QS 5k; BofA Travel Rewards 3.5k; BofA Travel Rewards 3.5k; BofA Platinum Visa 2k; Barclay Apple Rewards 2k. Total Credit: 66,200. 7/2-FICO: EQ - 788; TU - 777; EX - 690; GOAL: 780 across the board then 800 across the board. Inquiries: EQ: 7 TU: 7; EX 7; Chapter 13 seven years May, 2015. Reset my garden date to 6/27. Gardening until further notice.

It's 7 years after filing...

TU will delete 6 months early.  EQ/EX 3 months.  YMMV.

I'd like to know if there's anything that can be done toward removing the CH13 immediately after discharge rather than waiting for it to autmatically fall off in about two years.

Nope... it doesn't work that way.

It's 7 years after filing...

TU will delete 6 months early.  EQ/EX 3 months.  YMMV.

I filed in April 2009... discharged May 2013.  I'm 2+ years after discharge with less than a year go to until removal.

That's just the way it is.
