Okay, please no judgement, I have literally have beat myself up enough.
So, I came to the conclusion that I am going to file for Chapter 7, I have contacted a couple of lawyers, so I am having a couple of consultations, but this is my issue. My income is 66K and i have a small business but i only bring in about 50K and net maybe 30K my problem is I established the business in 2019, and I haven't filed taxes on it yet.
Would anybody have any suggestions on this?? Should I admend and file now? Should I wait until I speak with the lawyers?
