Intent to enter Chapter 13 Discharge

2020 started off as a stressful year so far! Got an email from my attorney just now. Man, did my heart stop! He sent me a copy of the Notice of Intent to Enter Chapter 13 Discharge. Towards the bottom, it gives the creditors 14 days from the date of the notice (April 23, 2020) to object to my certifications and if so, the hearing will be in July. I doubt there will be any objections as I've gone this far already. It was already stressful counting the 33 days from the last Notice and now I have to count 14 days from this notice. Either way, I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

Now, how soon after discharge will the CRA's be updated?

BK info isnt reported directly to the CRA's from the courts. Filing or DC'ed. Its done by third party companies that monitor public records. So it doesnt take long after its done. But remeber the virus and lack of people in an office and the courthouse. It may take longer.
