I filed Chapter 7 on 10/14, but Capital One still hasn't updated and shows balances owed. Is that normal for them? Am I just impatient? LOL
Have you hit your 341 meeting yet? It won't disappear until after the 341, atleast that's how mine worked. Cap1 was the last to drop off my report.
Yep, 341 was on 11/8.
My 341 was in March, discharge was May. Want to say Cap1 didn't drop off till late April/Early May. Hope sooner for you!
