Looking for rebuilding advice

I'm looking to rebuild with the anticipation of buying a house in 24 months.

CH7 Filed 11/30/2018 and discharged 3/15/2019

I reaffirmed a mortgage and an auto loan, and one credit card.  All are showing current, never late.

I have several student loans showing in deferment

New credit:

Southwest Rapid Rewards: 4k (AU), Chase Sapphire Preferred 10k (AU), USAA 6k (AU), Target Store Card 800, Fingerhurt 1000, MIlestone Mastercard 300, Credit One Visa 2000, Legacy Visa 500, ALCU MasterCard 1500

I burned (as conclusive a list as I can think of) :

NFCU, AMEX, Cap1, Alliant CU, Discover, Synchrony, Citi, Chase, Merrick, Barclays, USAA, Wells Fargo.

My goal here is to maximize FICO across the board. I'm not really interested in any specific card or any specific bank. I've dropped any ego that is associated with a credit card. I'd like to avoid annual fees, but aside from that, I don't care much about the rest. I don't revolve a balance on anything so the rate doesn't matter to me either. Ideally, I'd like to find a CU that I can get in with a build a good relationship for lending down the road. I'd love any recommendations you all could offer!

Current scores are  623 (EQ) 615 (TU) and 596 (EX)

Re: Looking for rebuilding advice

From what you've listed as your current cards, your rebuild is already sound. You just need to let those accounts age.
As for adding a CU, the easiest from what I've read is NFCU. I'm not sure of any others that are known to be that BK friendly. Maybe check out some local ones in your city.

Sit back for a while and enjoy what you got and let time do its thing. You have more than enough credit. Almost too much for now to do anything else. 9 accounts added to your report in 9 months is plenty. Maybe in a year you could check Cap1 and Disco and try to get your own cards. Then close out the fee vulture cards. But thats about it. All those accounts are holding your score down. More is not better to rebuild. More does not raise the scores any faster either. Good Luck!

Re: Looking for rebuilding advice

I'm no expert obviously, but i am almost 30 days post DC and my EQ is 615 with 1 store card reporting positively.  I'm waiting just a bit longer to add 2 more CC's.  My student loans that are in deferrment will take care of the loan aspect of having a good credit mix.

As mentioned, looks like way too much new credit, too fast.
