That could be a great entrance into US Bank. I would defnitely wait until you have a 1 year of solid payment history with US Bank before applying for a credit card.
Keep up the great work!

Thanks! Will definitely be some time until then. CSP is my next goal
Congrats! We too just closed on our home on 12/17. It's been so competely random how our stories and dates align to the month almost - but a compete feeling of calm knowing someone else has pretty much my same story and success has also come from the work put in.

Such good news for my BK twin lmao! So happy you closed on the home. Very odd how they have matched up but glad they have worked out for the best ![]()
Febuary changes:
- Added $5k Chase Sapphire Preferred
March:
- Downgraded Arrival+ WEMC to Arrival world card. I wanted to get rid of the AF and hardly use it now that I am maximizing UR points.
That's it for now! Probably garden for quite a while now ![]()
I got a score update today and this is the first time I have had a score "in the green"
What does the green score mean? Haven't gotten one of those scores in a couple years

On a computer myFICO shows your score in green once you hit 740 ![]()
Congratulations Scupra, I missed that you bought a home. You have done an amazing job and have been my hero for the past couple of years. You are such a positive, helpful source for all of us. You are so diplomatic with your advise, I'm missing that chip but I have learned so much and will be forever grateful to this forum and everyone who contributes.

Thank you very, very much for the kind words! I love being able to help and motivate people here. If I have helped just one person in my journey, I am happy. So many people helped me when I first came here so I just want to do the same and give back to the community.
Hope everyone has an awesome, safe holiday weekend!
