One week after 341 meeting and first CC!

I burned capital one for 2,800 dollars and they just approved me for a 300 cc. I got the, your card will arrive in 7 to 10 business day message and everything. I had no intention of applying so soon but I got the offer in the mail and did the pre-approval process on their website before applying. Hopefully by the end of this year I can get the card's limit to at least 1,000... Zero annual fees as well.

You haven’t received your discharge yet? Had my 341 2 weeks ago and waiting for my paperwork but want to start my rebuild already. Can I apply before receiving my discharge?

Question: When I look at the pre-approval terms and conditions for Capital One, it states I'm not eligible if I have a non-discharged bankruptcy. How is it that others are getting their cards before discharge, or am I wrong by reading the fine print?

You CAN apply before receiving your discharge but it is suggested that you wait until you receive the OFFICIAL discharge

New CC came in the mail today. Now to start charging 100 dollars per month and paying it off a few days after using it.
