Only Disputed Bankruptcy - But CRA Removed ALL Tradelines!!!

A few weeks ago, I disputed a bankruptcy that appeared on my CR.  Just the bankruptcy, nothing else.

Today, all of a sudden, CK says that EVERY SINGLE TRADELINE (except one) on my CR has been removed - including the bankruptcy.  **bleep**?!?!  It's kind of a mixed blessing; I was going to dispute the other baddies on my CR in due course.  But I had a lot of good TLs that got tossed out with the bathwater.  Presumably, the good ones will reapper within a month as they report to the CRAs.

But still, I was kinda unprepared for this.  Not sure what to make of it.  I've got a common name, and that might have something to do with it.  Anybody else ever heard of this happening?

What was you reason for disputing the bankruptcy?

It was a standard 609 verification letter.  I figured with the courts being closed and all, they wouldn't be able to verify anything.  I also froze Lexis before sending the 609 letter.

So the Bankruptcy was accurate information but you tried to dispute it while the courts/records were undermanned?? No, bad monkey. Never dispute accurate information.

Even if this was the case, it will most certainly come back, it's accurate. When you file BK it remains on your record as it should.

+1 Agree with @Jnbmom . Nice try. Doing that will come back and bite you in the hind end. You play with fire and you got burned. Not cool trying to take advantage of the pandemic. The courts arent empty. Just like the hospital I work in. All operations of the hospital from people who work at a comupter all day are still working. Just from home. It will come back. Once accurate info is verified. It updates and that hits your scores as new.
