That might be a tough one to find. Many file because they got in over their heads. Or life threw a hardball at them. Most people stop making payments once they file also which leads to lates. When I filed I had 1 30 day late that was 2 yrs old. Once DC'ed I was 540-560.
Many accounts if not all accounts get whiped clean after BK is discharge.
In otherwords, it is very possible to have no lates reported after BK regardless of lates that were reported before BK.
One can reach around 750 Fico with a BK on their report.

Your credit report is a history of your accounts and payments. Although accounts included in bankruptcy will no longer show a balance owed, they will continue to show the history of the account, including any late payments made prior to the bankruptcy. Any late payment history will be deleted seven years from the original delinquency date, which is the date the account first became late and after which was never again current. Accounts that were current and never late prior to being included in bankruptcy will remain on your report for seven years from the date the bankruptcy was filed. Back to topic.

Oh wow, yeah life is throwing me a curveball soon but I’d like only the bk to be on the report. I’m surprised you haven’t tried to get that 30 day removed I would’ve.
I gave up after 2yrs. Santander doesnt budge. Only a year left.
I'm curious about this too. I'm hoping to file within the next 6 weeks. My lawyer has told me to stop paying now, but I would like to continue paying until I actually file. As I understand it, and somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but once you actually file letters are sent to all your creditors and they can no longer add to the account remarks, other that stating the account was included in bankruptcy. So, technically, if you pay up until the date you file, no lates will appear? That's what I'm hoping. I have no idea how it will impact my score but I'm going to find out.
