Pacer question

Had 341 meeting yesterday and seemed smooth. Check pacer today and notice a document labeled “report of 341 meeting” but I am unable to read it like I am every other document. Is this normal? I see where people get a “report of no distribution”, but I don’t see that?

Does it say anything about being audio related? I had a similar file post 341 but mine says something to the affect of audio recording of the meeting.

That’s probably exactly what it is! He did say to talk towards the microphone which looked like a weird conference call phone. I’m assuming mine may turn to a distribution case as we found out a vehicle that was financed has no lien associated with title so technically it’s my full asset now. Has me on edge wondering what trustee will ultimately decide :-/

I’m in a CH13 so it might be a bit different. The thing I’ve learned is to seek advice from and trust your Attorney and to try not to let the stress and anxiety get the best of you. Remain calm, flexible, and truthful and everything will work out. Best of luck!

Try not to worry about it too much.  I had to make an adjustment to mine to get it through.  It was simple the Lawyer took care of it all.

Well with the car, the trustee is going to use his power to override their lien and sell out from under the CU the way it sounds. Haven’t had anything added or updated on Pacer since my 341 on 8/30. Is that normal?

Under case summary it says the status is “awaiting discharge”, not sure what it said prior to 341 but maybe same thing. Still says no asset case, but still haven’t heard anything about the car so hard telling. I’ve emailed my lawyer several times starting on the 30th shortly after meeting and still no replies from him. He was dirt cheap, and that may be why. Although my works legal department referred me to him and I got a discount.
