So I included 2 citi cards (Costco 169$) and (Bestbuy 94$) if I payed them back as I easily can and was forced to include them would it make them anymore willing to let me back in?
With Citi co-branded cards. Odds are probably not until after 5 yrs. Best Buy store card there have been a few post BK approvals. Check this thread from Jan.
