Post Ch7 Auto Approval

Hey there! Long time lurker, first time poster. Just thought I'd drop in and offer up my recent experiance with post Ch.7 auto financing. I was discharged in June. Applied with CU asking for $35k for 72, making about $8k gross. They countered with $25k @ 11.9% for 60. Got approved through Road Loans but for 23k at 18%!! I deceided to try thorugh the dealer. First dealer could not get me approved, even with money down. They tried thorough Ford Credit, and a few other banks. I want to say that Ford turned me down as they used my experian, which still has TD Auto reporting my car that was given up during the BR as a negative unpaid account, while the other to reports show it as closed and included in Ch7. I tried a second dealer that got me approved thorugh Wells Fargo, who my house is through which I reaffrirmed. WF approved me for $39k @ 8.75% for 72 with $1000 down, which I got $1,600 in trade for my poorly running 01 accord with 215k.
