Ok, now I know a Chapter 7 BK falls off the credit report 10yrs after the filing date, but is that to the ACTUAL date? Mine will fall off this month. Do I have to wait until June 19th for it to fall off or is it a chance it will come off before? I havent checked my credit report yet because I was hoping to see a surprise after 10 long years. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Hi, my filing date was July 13, 1999, my bk was off my EX cr last month, and found out today it is off my EQ just now waiting for the TU cr., so I would check your cr just to see, I was happy to see this. Good Luck keep posting.
