Remove bk

Dismissey bk back in Feb of 2016 and I've recently had it deleted from my EQ and EX. But TU will not follow through to show my true report. How can I have it removed from them?

Im surprised you got it deleted, since a dismissed BK can stay on reports just like a DC bk can.

A dismissed BK is a legit PR, so It will stay the entire time, unless you can prove that it was filed in error, and you have court documents stating such.

I’m curious to know how you got them to delete the BK?
