Transunion Dispute

My BK7 was discharged in June. TU is still showing an account that was IIB as open and delinquent. I have disputed this twice and they keep replying that its a valid account and will not remove it from my active accounts.  I'm not sure what to do about this. EQ and EX both show IIB and my 3B shows the account closed to all but TU. I don't know why they keep refusing to remove this account. Thanks in advance.

Did you send a letter via certified mail with a copy of your discharge? If so. You can file a complaint with the CFPB. They are not reporting accurate info. @RobertEG can fill in the blanks and the procedures that will get it changed for good. Good Luck!
