Union Bank and Trust after Bankruptcy

So I have a quick question. I am interested in obtaining a checking and savings account from Union Bank and Trust. I have already sent in my letter to Chexsystems which should be cleared on 07/29/2017. Does anyone have any success with opening a checking and savings account with Union bank and Trust after a bankruptcy and chexsystems cleared? Thank you!

Althought I can't answer your question directly, have you called UB&T to confirm they even use check systems and not EWS or some other system?

Yes. Prior to bankruptcy I was denied due to chexsystems report.

I am just hoping once that is cleared that I can change my banking to them.
