What is the link where I could look up this information and follow my progress?
I truly don't mean this as a put down in any way, but it's helpful if you think this way: Google is your friend.
That link is from my typing the word "pacer" into the search bar in my browser and then clicking Go. Took 5 seconds.
Pacer is a free account that you sign up for and it gives you access to the status and history of your case in a federal court. While setting up the account is free you do have to provide a payment account (credit/debit card or bank account) to be charged if you go over the limit. I forget the limit, but I used the heck out of my Pacer account during my 2010 BK7 and was never charged anything. After you set up your Pacer account. you should Google to find your local BK court's website. Looking through the BK court site you'll find the link to access the court records with Pacer, you'll also need your BK case #, then you'll see all the records/actions in your case so far. Good luck.
Feel like such a noob, didn't even think to Google it. Was looking through here about people talking about it and instantly made a post, LOL!
Thanks though!
