hello all, i'm pretty new to the fico forums. pulled eq 5/10/09:519- unable to get tu online: waiting for mail.
i was alerted by eq that ca was added to my cr on 5/19/09. i filed bk on 4/22/09. can this ca ding my credit while the bk stay is in effect or is it a violation? thanks
by the way, i have not received any correspondence from ca, no letters/phone calls,etc. i know that would be in violation of bk stay. they chose to ding my credit instead
from what ive been told is that if it was included on your bk that the creditors can't come after you and if they do they can be sued. if you got a lawyer for this i suggest talking to him or her
