I filed chapter 7 in Aug 03.  My TU and EX reports show no public records.  Does that mean the BK is not being reported?  I thought it would last for 10 years.  thanks dP

No PR = no BK. That's pretty lucky. I wouldn't be surprised if the pop back up at some point though. Do you have accounts reporting IIB?

Yeah a couple on my TU and Exp but not on Eq.
