Hi-
I was recently approved for the Bonvoy Business Amex Card. When I was approved, it showed my starting limit was $10k, however when I received the card today the card member agreement said my credit limit was $20k. When I logged into the site after activation it shows $10k. Was this an error on my printed card member agreement, or will the online system eventually update? Should I rock the boat and call Amex?

It will update to the $20k CL soon. AMEX only releases part of the approval amount for immediate use til the card is received and activated

@IntegerIntrovert- just to add to the above by simplynoir, sometimes it can take the system anywhere from 24-48 hours to update in the event you do not see the CL display the true limit after card activation. This is normal. In extreme cases, it can take up to ~7 business days -- do not be alarmed or panic. Whatever is in your cardmember agreement as far as the limit, that's what will eventually display.
