So I finally got a business Amazon MC. Process was simple and to my surprise I was instantly approved. USB was in a generous mood....5k SL that will bump to 38k once I activate the card. They pulled Transunion which was at 813 at the time, last inquiry was on TU was 10/2025. So overall INQ on TU is 1/12 and 4/24. Now TU is 2/12. My SUB was an instant $250 Amazon Gift Card.
I have a Amazon Prime Duo account backing this, very minimal spend on the business side since I have been using my personal Amazon acct for the business spend due to the Chase Amazon Prime Visa I have in place, but that will change with this setup!
Congrats. Nice limit
Great SL
Congratulations on your Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
@cashorcharge and @CreditCuriosity , Many thanks for your kind words!
Nice job!
I was looking at this one. Is US Bank the issuerer for the Amazon prime biz card? Does it report to personal credit?Any thoughts?
Thx
US Bank is the issuer for the new Amazon Business cards after Amazon ended the Amex partnership. So far there is no indication it reports to personal credit, but US Bank tends to favor personal TU report for hard pull. YMMV but they may also pull EX instead of TU depending on location. I recently applied for the Business Prime card and got approved after manual review with a $3000 SL, which is bare minimum US Bank approves for their biz cards.
I also have Prime Duo for my Amazon Business account, and on my application US Bank hard pulled my personal TU report.

Do you an existing relationship with USB? USB has been good to me thus far, but only after we. Warmed up to each other. If this would be your first card, they may be a little stingy at first.
I have a couple cards with them already (personal), for a few years. This was my first business card...they surprised me!
it has not reported to my personal credit so far.
This was my first card with US Bank directly, but I have an existing relationship with Elan through my oldest revolving card account (Elan-issued Visa through my primary bank that I've had for 4 years 6 months). Elan is part of the US Bank corporate umbrella so it wouldn't surprise me if that ended up working in my favor.

Thanks for the great info. I was applying earlier today and it was asking for my business details along with my personal SSN and address WHICH MADE ME CURIOUS ABOUT THE CREDIT REPORTING. SO WHEN THEY PULL YOUR CREDIT, ARE THEY PULLING PERSONAL OR BUSINESS?
This would be my first relationship with them. I have been getting preapproved for their credit cards over the last couple of months although that doesn't mean anything.
