Amazon prime Amex business approval

with the help of you all here, I recently opened a new business. 

I went on amazon and put something in my shopping cart. The business prime Amex came up with a $125 gift card offer. 

haven't applied for anything in the business yet so was hesitant. Figured let's try and got an instant $3k approval.

$25 more than my gift card. Did you also get a spend SUB? I believe mine was $100 for $3000.

do they requir PG on this card?

and if your'e approved are you considered 'in' with AMEX?

I just got approved for net 55 with no pg.

I was wondering if this card is no pg as well I could try, because it popped up as an offer when I logged in my amazon business aoount.
