Anyone have the BJ's World for Business MC?
NO PG?
Want to get a thread going about time with the account... payment/balance history and CLI requests / credit limits
We have had our account since Dec 2014 Approved for 10,000... kept a high 100-120% UTIL on the card when we found out the payments were only 2.5% Minimum and it was cheaper than Kabbage to let it ride... have been late a few times too (29 maybe 30 days but did not report anywhere or on any commercial bureaus this was Aug, and Sep)
Fast forward a little over a year with the card... as of Jan 1 we are using this card as our PRIMARY card instead of Amex... Hopefully they will like to see the actual spend/use and grant a CLI
Our Payments are credited instantly like Amex... and MC is more widely accepted... We put about 10,000 in spend this January on the card and 10,000 in payments... still leaving a balance of 10,000. But b.c the payments are instant we can still use the card.
My hope is they give us a credit limit increase to 20,000 (not so we can carry a balance... but just to have)
Anyone get an increase on the card yet?
I have this card and burned it up trying to keep util on my Cap One down to report. CLIs are manually reviewed by emailing or faxing in a letter but they aren't going to grant a CLI with the card being at high util. Pay the card down to less than 30%, send the fax, wait a week and go from there.

THIS
Also, your business file needs to be thick. I have 13 tradlines reporting now.
I was able to get raise from my starting limit of $20k to $50k in about 5 months between 3 increases. $50k is max before they ask for financials but I believe she told me it can go as high as $100k. I may ask for an increase to $75k in 6 months and submit financials with request.

WOW!
I have put in 3 requests on my $10k card and have never received a penny more! Don't use it very much currently and pretty soon it will be maxed for a bit so I just stopped asking... if it wasn't such a process I would ask more often.
I got this account last summer, no PG as well. Thick EX business file. Started at $8700 CL. Asked about a month later for $25K by faxed letter and was approved same day without question. About 2 months later asked for $50K and was bumped to $35K where it's been stuck. We've used the card heavily with some larger payments and carrying a balance, but they're not budging on the CLI due to something on our EX file according to their last letter.
