Had received a million emails offering me this card, finally decided to apply and got denied , is there a number to call for manual review ?

Found this number in the backdoor stickies - BofA Biz UW: 888-770-6635

When I first applied for the card, it was denied and I got the "but try the secure version" offer about a week later. Passed on that and a few months later the preapproval showed up in my online portal. Went for it and it was approved. Were the emails you're referring to general marketing or did you see it in your online account as a banner?

Most of the emails from BofA seem to be just marketing

Just regular emails but they where coming a lot with different options of cards I kept passing on until I didn't .

Yeah I'd say that 99% of their emails are just marketing, so if you actually bank with then I'd say wait for the "offer link" that pops up in your account. Not a 100% guarantee but it's much better than the email BS.
