It's been on my radar for about a year but, honestly, I had mostly forgotten about it until I saw Ah20003's post and my desire for possible Barclay's app self-punishment kicked in and I decided to give it a whirl for my buy/resell sole prop. 2 years in business and only about 12k in annual revenue and was instantly approved for 5K. They pulled TU as expected, my score was 778, 5 new cards in the last 2 years, with 2 INQ on TU at the time of app. I've had the Aviator Red for almost 2 years and will be looking to hopefully downgrade it in January when it officially turns 2.
@Drwaz99 you're not gonna believe this....I almost app'd it yesterday. I promise I'm not trying to copy you, lol! (Marriott Bonvoy)
It was between this one and their Wyndham. TU puller, wth, right?
Congrats on getting this! I'll probably check back in with you later to see how you like it. And again, Congrats!

That's awesome! Copy away! What's even funnier is that when I was deciding whether or not to apply I said to myself, "It's only a HP on TU, why the heck not?!?" Great minds think alike! Definitely hit me up if you decide to app and I'll give you the lowdown.

Thanks I will. I'm not sure if Barclay's is app sensitive or not. Not sure if they are sensitive to app's after their approval only.
You gave me something to research so Great dp....5 new cards in last 2 years. I know your Bonvoy Biz was last in August, correct? What about 2020? Any other biz or personal apps? Or are the other 3 from 2019?
Enjoy and once again, congrats and happy for ya!

Thank you!
I didn't include my August Amex Business in the 5/24 status since it doesn't report and was a SP approval; although, they may be able to see it on my business reports (I'm not super familiar with those reports and if Barclays pulls them during the app process). Barclays tends to be INQ sensitive and on the personal side has a 6/24 soft rule from my understanding. My last apps on my personal report were the Bonvoy Brillant in March '20, CSR in Jan '20, and the rest are from 2019.

Okay, thank you so much! I'm waaaay more than 6/24. My no-no list continues to grow
1. Chase
2. Barclays
3. USB
Congrats! Jealous of your instant approval!!!! I always go pending for my business applications.

Thanks! I wonder if you having a LLC makes it more complicated for some reason.
@Drwaz99 I think that might have something to do with it, as it seems that they verify the LLC everytime I apply for any business cards. Interestingly, the Barclays credit analyst really only questioned the type of business (which is an established real estate/land use law firm). Also, I only have business credit cards (beside leases payments, utility bills, etc.) with no Net30 accounts, so my DUNS business credit report isn't helpful. That might have something to do with it too.
