Yep. More often than not issuers won't process the app, it stalls in limbo, and you have to call and enquire why nothing is happening and you have to unfreeze
Hopefully within a timeframe before the app is cancelled outright.
If you really want a card that fits your needs why do anything to hinder it's possible approval ?
