CHASE Business CC Log in Question

I am a current CHASE customer (non-business). Savings, checking, Chase FF, etc.

If I was ever approved for a CHASE Business CC (say the CHASE Ink Business Cash) would that fall under my current personal log in, or does CHASE separate the 2 and I would have a 2nd business log in to my CHASE account?

Re: CHASE Business CC Log in Question

You can use the same log in.  On mobile, there's a toggle at the top of the screen to bounce from Personal to Business and on a browser, they will all display in the same view

Thanks @cashorcharge Smiley Happy

Side question: Assuming you can pay for CHASE BIZ CC from personal account, you do not need a CHASE Business Checking account?

Side question #2 (I should probably start another thread for this Smiley LOL) : I'm 3/24 currently, if I wanted both the CHASE FU and the CHASE IBC, it would be more advantageous for me to go for the CHASE FU first I am assuming?

Re: CHASE Business CC Log in Question

Question 1:

Correct, a Chase Business Checking is not needed.  You can sync multiple checking/bank accounts as your "pay from" and Chase does not care whether the payment to a business account is made from a personal account or business checking from another bank.

Question 2:

This one is a guess for me but I would agree to pull the personal application first.  If your business account will be applied for with a Tax ID for a Sole Prop or Corp, they will ask for your SS to guarantee the card...though the 5/24 rule is (what I believe) to not be as much an issue when applying for their business cards.

So far as I am aware, 5/24 still matters for business cards when applying, but they don't count towards it since they don't report to personal. So in this case OP would want to apply for the business card first, then personal, it's also generally advised to wait at least 30 days between apps.

Yes you have to be under 5/24 for their business cards, but they don't get counted towards your 5/24 status so I'd go for the Ink first. If you have your EIN, that's great, but all their small business cards require a PG. They commonly do a double pull, EX and TU... if your profile and scores will support it, they'll do up to two approvals in a 30 day span. I did two, 35 days apart.

Thanks for the clarification!

Thanks all. I was doing [thinking] it all wrong then. I was getting the "You're already approved" (or was it pre-approved? Smiley Very Happy) in the Offers for you section for all the CHASE Biz cards [on 2 different occasaion a month or 2 back], but I was erroneously thinking I need to wait for the Personal cards to show that first and go that route, THEN go for the Biz cards. Need to wait for those offers to pop again and maybe try for the CHASE IBC and then wait 30+ days to try for maybe CHASE FU or CHASE SP, we'll see. 4 HPs though, ugh! Smiley Indifferent

So Friday evening (10/4) I noticed the "You are already approved" green stamp came back for all the business cards. Was too busy to mess with it then, so I waited until Saturday (yesterday) to try my hand at Ink Business Cash. Went thru the motions, and was approved! (for $3000 SL Smiley Mad) was not expecting it to be THAT low. As of this writing, only EX pull, to which I am very surprised. I'll deal with the low SL if they keep it at just an EX pull, but something tells me the TU pull is waiting in shadows Smiley LOL
