Chase's website interface issue

Just got the Chase Ink Cash card about a week ago. I've notice how poor the website's interface is.

For instance there is no "Activity since last statement" activity at all, and it doesn't show all the pending purchases (only a few) when I manually select "show all transactions".

This is the "new interface" like the personal site but it doesn't show any of the transactions (pending or finalized) unless I manually select to "show all". And when I do, not all the pending purchases are listed.

Did anyone else have this problem?

Re: Chase's website interface issue

Do not have any problem ... been with Chase Cards for many years. Now ... there is the regular ongoing case where transactions disappear when going from the "pending" status to the "processed" status. For me, they have taken generally two to three days. The balance is always correct but, the information supporting it disappears temporarily. Been this way for a long time on my accounts and it has blown my mind from time to time. Got used to it.

Re: Chase's website interface issue

Sorry to hear you are having problems.  Chase just changed their interface and this is alot easier to navigate.  I agree with @Anonymous as I haven't had any problem.  If you are having technical problems because of a new card, call them.  They are very pleasant to deal with.

I have the exact same issue as Dinosaur.

It seems a little more of a problem on a business card when you’re tracking employee spending in real time

Re: Chase's website interface issue

It's been a problem for me for years. I like to invoice my clients as soon as my job is done for them, and sometimes I can't for days until the expense transactions post with Chase, as they disappear from pending.

With Amex, they all show up, either in pending or posted. Much better. I just prefer Chase UR.

Re: Chase's website interface issue

I have the ink card, too. I will agree the interface could be a bit better. Just cumbersome in some areas.
