Twas a nice surprise, as the Chevron rep.,

sent the 13 cards FedEx overnight, when I never asked.

Guess they want to start making $Money right awaySmiley Tongue

Having them all come activated is really nice.

It just seems risky...like...someone could steal them and run up the tab.  Leaving you NOT responsible but having to deal with it and the Fuel Co. taking an unnecessary hit.

eta:  they must have certain steps you have to take at the pump I suppose.  I've never had one so that's why I'm curious.  You know, like personal cc's...they come, we have to activate.  But these cards are limited in how they are used.

These cards require Driver ID (PIN) and Mileage.

Just my card, "The "President" only requires (PIN) No mileage. (I rarely use a Fleet card, I use a Major bus. card for my fuel)

So they are pretty secure >> if one or all get stolen or lost.

Just can't hand out major cards to driversSmiley Tongue

Re: Chevron and Texaco Business Card No PG **Approval

So I took a shot at this....my business credit is not really as aged and plentiful so I was not successful.

After submitting the app, it did not approve me and instead asked me to provide bank statments and authorize them to access my personal credit to act as a personal guarantor...I passed.  Decided to just let it go.

I think I need to switch my focus from simply getting business credit to getting business credit that reports and let it fill up a report.
