Just like their original approvals being personal EQ SP, they provide CLI's through the same process.
You go through like your performing the request for a new CC but select the box for "existing account increase" versus new account. The application and process is the same. Typically, instant approvals aren't given...they review everything and you need to give them about a week.
Submitted my request for a CLI. My account is less than 6 months old. Went from $6000 to $20,000!
@cashorcharge I have the Citizens Biz CC as well, but I do not see an option to request a CLI anywhere.
To preface, I have to login to a site called "Centre Suite"...its the Citizens Bank Biz portal from what it looks like, but ancient and not a lot of options except to pay my bill and change my user/pass.
I tried when I got the card almost 3 months ago to register on the regular Citizens site, and it kept denying me.
Thank you all for your help!

You need to go back to the main CitizensBank website that you applied for the card on, click APPLY and then follow the prompts to service your existing account/credit limit.
You will NOT find this option once logged into CentreSuite. It happens outside that website. Good luck..
