Thanks to browsing old threads here on the business credit forum, I decided to get back to building my business credit. I've had my actual business around since 2016, but only made an LLC for it in November 2019 and had gotten a Summa Office net 30 account for $2000 and that was it. Didn't touch it much for well over a year. I also have an Amazon Net 30 account that doesn't report, so it turned out to be kinda useless there for building biz credit. The approval on this one didn't take too long. After 20 minutes or so, I got the approval email so I was quite pleased.
I also got in touch with Quill and am waiting on a Best Buy and Amazon Net 55 account approvals. This was after trying Discover yet again on the personal side and nothing, so I'm all good on the personal side of credit for the next several months until about August or September or so when my BK reaches the two year mark!
I like how on this account, you just pay the AF and your'e good to go and can buy something really small and pay it before the due date. I went with a $29.99 T-shirt to start. Didn't need a PG for this either. Any other accounts I should look into? Thanks so much.
Congrats on your approval. It is nice to have a net 30 account with them. Check out the prices though. Some of their prices are more expensive than Manufactures prices. But not a bad company to have a net 3 account with.

I see. I think that's typical for a lot of these starting net 30 accounts, but I'm just glad to finally have a good foundation to start and realizing that I don't need to spend that much to get things going either. If I get Quill or Best Buy, I'm good. I also tried that Tractor Supply card, but they wanted PG for that, so I passed. I'd rather do that in a couple more months when my FICOs are more in the 680s or 690s respectively.

I think you have to pay AF for getting the Crown Office Supplies net 30 account. I paid AF in Septmber and got Crown and CEO accounts. After 6 months I stopped using them. We have to pay hefty shipping charges and the variety of the products you can buy are limited. I stopped using those two net 30 account. Now I moved to Quill.

Yup that was the case. For CEO, I paid $69 or something. It's just the price of doing business it seems, but better than a lot of other alternatives or not having anything at all to start with. I also read in your thread you went with this Mastercard account with 5 Star Processing, but the website for it looked a bit sketchy. Anything I should know in particular about it?

Yes, I do have 5 Star Processing MasterCard. That is issued by PayVUS. I beleive another company is also issuing the PayVUS card. It is not a bad card. There is an AF. No monthly fees. They give limit based on your Ex Fico score.
You can start as littile as $300 or you could get higher limit. The card is actually issued by Avidia Bank which is a very reputable bank. If you are willing to pay AF I would suggest apply for the card. Not a bad card. It also reports to D&B. Might start low in starting limit.Depends on your EX Fico.
If you are able to give security then you should consider Wells Fargo Business Secured Card which can become unsecure after 12-18 months.
Also I have Gas cards with Wex Bank ( ExxonMobile, Shell, Sunoco) each card has no AF and no monthly fees. I gave $500 deposit for each Wex card. They become unsecure after 12 months. They also report to D&B.
It all depends on what are the goals for building your business credit.
Congratulations on your Crown Office Supplies approval! ...
