One of my LLCs has been operating from one of those for almost a decade and never had an issue with lenders using that address.
Does the box # have dashes? 4110-102, for example?
Correct.. however, I receive mail just fine with a couple different address variants:
Actual variant format: Suite: H193-306
Alternate variant format: Unit: H193
Alternate variant format: #H193
Note: as long as the numbers before the hyphen are correct, the UPS store will reference the company name and box owners signature name to make sure it goes in the correct box based on the receipt name/company on the envelope/package.
Note 2: the numbers before the hyphen is the UPS address. The numbers after the hyphen is the residential/commercial physical address mailbox number.
I've used variants of all three formats above just fine and always get my mail.

Dannnnnnng...gannnngsta! 😅
Age of business plays a large part in chances for success in obtaining approvals. Age is second only to monthly revenues and size of loan request.
Not to go against the more senior posters/established business owners, but if your business is young (say < 3 years) you most certainly are better off with using an established VA v your personal address. PO boxes are complete no fly zones. Shop around for which VA service you use, but the key is to pick an address that is an actual office building. Google search or not, you taking the step to have a physical headquarters--even if it is just to hold client meetings --will give your business credibility in addition to the other key business data points (800 number, website, whitepages listing, etc) when being reveiwed by a human underwriter.
Hope that helps.
