Got a targeted offer to add an employee card to my Blue Buisness Cash acccount and get a bonus $100 cash back on $4,000 spend within 6 months. This is in addition to the 2% it would earn. So, did this just become my 4.5% on everything card for the next 6 months? What am I missing? Oh and my wife counts as an employee, right?

that offer typically allows up to 5 employee cards, per the terms, won't be a problem at all
the terms do technically say they might come after P2 for payment should you not pay it back, just something to be aware of

I'm assuming since it's a business card, it won't appear on her personal credit report, right?

Also have something for a 7.99% promo apr for 6 months too.
Thanks again for the post
Yes @Varsity_Lu your thinking is spot on. All prior comments are as well. A little love from Amex on the business side!

I constantly churn these using my wife/P2 as the employee: five times on BBPs earlier this year, currently on my BBC, and just got my first of five BBPs for the next round. I put everything that isn't groceries (6% BCP) or a 5% quarterly category (Discos, CFF) on them.

So, do you add them, get the bonus, delete them, and then add them again? It looks like they are going to need a SSN at some point.

Call me a wet blanket but wouldn't it be violating the fine print to (a) add someone who's not actually an employee as an employee, and (b) use the business card for non-business purchases?
