Interested in getting a BLOC and pledging a property that I have with a low value of 1 mil

I have property that is free and clear and only draws rental income from it.  It is around 1 mil (on the conservative side)  I am wanting to go to a bank to obtain a BLOC.  Can you guys give suggestion of which bank will give the largest line and the quickest?  I am not to concerned about going to the same bank I have been with for years.  This is due to a divorce and looking for new option and building new relationships.

Just a suggestion, but I have been told by NFCU business that they are into real estate.  Maybe they would be a fit if you have military affiliation?
