Interesting Cap1 mailpiece high sub

Got an offer for $1000 sub with $10K spend for 5? months. I don't recall how many month 0% perhaps 6. Af said $59 but waived first year. I thought the fee was now $95.  2% cash back.  We have a Spark card already and use  for misc but mainly use Chase Ink for targets.   Wrong time of year to talking to us about $10K spending in the shredder it goes.    I will not do MS.
