Local bank (Elan) approval

I wanted to get a credit card to put all the expenses associated with our new rental property.

Applied in branch and it went to a pending status.  
Waited a week longer and found out that Elan wanted to review our Land Trust documents and a have copy of the ITIN.  
Two days later, got an email that I was approved.

$10,000 on Smart Business Rewards Visa Signature.

There is a SUB, but frankly don't know what it is.

@NoMoreE46 Yes Sir!! I got a 2nd MCP a week prior and it's $150 for $500. It just arrived, I'm so excited. Cha-Ching! I am actually very happy I chose to pick up products with Elan, the SLs are generous. The banks I chose in my area, one for personal products and the other for business (first choice didnt have elan busness cards), are very customer driven.

Elan financial services business credit cards "state or zip code"

Here's my experience.

Card #1 Nov 2021 Elan/Bank of CA MCP SL 5k (cross country, no banking relationship)

Card #2 Apr 2022 Elan/Valley Bank MCP SL $20k (local opened Check/Savings December)

Card #3 Apr 2022 Biz Elan/Kearny Bank Smart Rewards SL $22.5k  (local, opened personal checking online morning before Application, plugged in funding deposit amount in the box on CC Application.)
