Need Amex/chase business double approval data points

Really appreciate if I could get some data points with regard to why my black star for business owners disappeared from my chase account offers in the open an account section from my business banking account with them. Two accounts I opened in 2019 March 3 and mid March will be falling off on April 1st? I find it odd that they would disappear when I have had zero inquiries from my Amex gold business approval but that's the only thing that would have changed. Has anyone else had success opening the two within the same time period with a mid 700s score?

Ps. I was denied for my business being too new twice for two different businesses, and strangely enough I had one other for five 24 and a personal for five 24. This month chase removed the denial inquiries from last may less than a year later. Thanks? 🤷‍♂️

Be aware that any pre-approved offers, whether on personal or business profile (i.e. black stars/green check marks) are not static and can disappear at any moment, just like they can display depending upon a variety of factors.

A lot of it will depend on internal factors known to Chase that could be very well driven by your overall profile.  Other factors that may influence their offers are direct marketing campaigns and whether your profile is an ideal candidate for such promotions at the time they feature them, regardless how much you have parked in the bank with them.

All you can do is periodically monitor your account to determine if they'll display.  There isn't anything intrinsic that you can do to trigger them.

Okay, I guess my best bet is to take to my regional business relations manager and tell him I'm finally 3/24 since he knows I'm not a churner and doesn't play stupid games with me

Just keep in mind that your BRM has no bearing on any lending decisions, as that is up to biz UW for any final say even if any recommendations are made.

Re: Need Amex/chase business double approval data points

Well, they already reappeared and my applications are now fully filled in again with the exception of business and annual income. No fixed rate sadly :/ but my concern with regard to the BRM was the possibility of any denial due to 5/24 in case authorized user accounts or the UW doesn't have it updated by April or perhaps if he suggests that I need not wait. But, I appreciate your reminders as it can be easy to fall into a place of resentment and frustration when you have been waiting for what seem like the only relevant benchmarks but for all I know I'll still get a business too new denial. We will see.

They disappeared because you did not apply by the invitation date, its usually 15 to 30 days.

Invitations have expirations for 2 reasons...

  1. It's the same reason retail sales have end dates, to create an urgency for the buyer to take an immediate action. It's human nature to not bother with something if they don't have to. It's a time, tested and proven business sales model.
  2. The other reason is pre-approved offers, which is what an invitation really is, are strictly based on credit data points obtained about you and your business that change continuously, so they can't give an invitation indefinitely.

Sit tight and if nothing negative changes in your business and personal credit reports you'll likely be given the offer again in 90-180 days.

Chase recon... as fate would have it

I plugged in my phone into a dead outlet. I got a soft spoken male csr and he seemed to be understanding and fully agree that every one of my denial reasons was suspect and he himself didn't agree with them. I was finalizing recon and my phone died... I called back and got a woman who seemed to reiterate everything in spite of my pleas that I had just ended a call that was quite successful and almost through. Had to start all over. She insisted on repeating everything in spite of seeming to be the opposite and agreeing with all denial assessments like too many inquiries in spite of them being mostly 12 months old or from a yo-yo financing scheme by a car dealership from June 2019. Why!!!!
