I sure hope the future with these guys is better than the initial start up and I am hoping they were just in over their heads in approvals......I have never received any communication back after sending in the requested documents last week.....I just kept trying to set the card up daily and FINALLY today it let me in...Starting CL is the 14k I was initially approved for...we will see what the future holds...

Thanks for the update. Glad they finally let you in. And glad you got the promised SL, which is identical to the one I got.
My first 2 promotional balance transfers were "rejected"; I don't know why.
I then re-requested 1 of them, and it's now marked "active" instead of "rejected".
Yes there are a lot of buzzers going off with these people, suggesting it might be a rocky road. But one thing that looks promising is that their website is excellent. I think it might be the best one I've seen.
I received this card a month ago. $4,000 SL. Sole Proprietor. Was able to do a $3,500 balance transfer, no problem. Tried to use the physical card at a store. Card blocked. Called BHG customer service and was told like the rest of you guys fraud issue. Sent front & back of my driver's license & utility bill to the email address they provided. 2 weeks later card is still blocked.
i swear im really afraid this card is about to be cancelled on all of us... i literally used the card to spend 4k at LV and if that was not flagged for fraud i dont know how any other transaction made by any other person who has their card would be. If these things keep happening to everyone on here with issues , i can only imagine how much worse it could get. But boy i sure hope not.

I'm still waiting on having the fraud alert lifted. Was approved in November.
It's been 3 weeks and 1 day since I sent in verification docs.
Try entering every day and it always comes up as blocked/fraud.
Must have called 4-5 times.....as recent as end of last week.
Same result.....CSR is extremely pleasant....asks if I sent in docs.....will talk about back office and elevate blah, blah , blah.....and then always told to just wait.

When I was trying to get activation, I noticed that there were 2 different web sites, one of which seemed better than the other. The better one was bhg.mycardplace.com
Yes been going through the same since 12/27. After my call on 1/12 they sent something saying it may take 60 days to process. 🤦🏾♂️

Man, these foo's are still in Huggies Pull-ups. Glad I'm gardening 'till May '23.
So I just logged into my account and the 0% BT went through. Took only 5 days to happen so maybe they're getting their crap together. We'll see I guess.
