Question about AMEX Business cards and multiple owners

So I have currently a personal card and business card with AMEX.

However, I have a 2nd business that has a business partner. He is not with AMEX but I am.

If we were to apply for a business cc , I know I'd most likely get a sp, but would the 2nd owner get a hd or will they sp since I already have 2 cards with them?

I can't speak from experience, but I'm pretty sure he will experience a hard pull.

Each owner is treated individually despite a shared EIN. Each card is based on a PG, so he'd get a HP. If it's a concern, you could do it under your name and add him on an "employee card"
