SBFE and EX Reporting...can you explain?

According to the GRID, as we know, banks report to different bureaus...and when it comes to business, can someone clarify a few things:

It doesn't appear that on my EX BUS report that Credit Limits (like personal) report.  It shows a "high limit" which I am guessing is the highest balance on that account ever?  SO if the balance was $20,000 and now the balance is $5000 it shows HIGH as $20K and BALANCE as $5k but I don't see the current credit limit.  Should I be or does that not report?

This would mean there isn't a utilization score like on a personal if it doesn't show a limit and a balance?

Also, I have another account that's showing (blank) as HIGH and BALANCE as $13 (accurate) but no CL.  Is that common?

Logic would tell me that, if a bank reports to the SBFE (based on the grid) then I would have a report from them.  Nope..not the case.  Their website simply states they "share" info with the following...though I have business accounts that report to the SBFE that aren't reporting anywhere...so suffice to say the "sharing" is not used or reported by the CB's and thus doesn't mean very much?  As an example, the GRID shows AMEX reports to SBFE, thus that should be shared with others, yet I can't find a record of my AMEX on these reports.

Any clarifications would be helpful.  Thanks

@cashorcharge A credit limit does not show on reports. Recent high credits and balances do.

A utilization score is most likely an internal score with Experian biz or D&B for that matter. We don't see it. A good business should utilize business credit to their advantage for sure.

It can be common on some tradelines to see blanks and low #'s but no CL.

No guarantees for SBFE it will show on the 3 others. It's difficult to say how it works as we never see how SBFE operates. No transparency whatsoever. As an example I have Elan Financial and U.S. Bank biz credit cards. Elan is on my SBFE report, but not U.S. Bank. In fact, U.S. Bank reports no where I can see.

AMEX is hit and some miss at least on my SBFE tradelines that Experian biz report. Also, the SBFE is extremely slow to report and update. To me much less useful/helpful than Experian biz tradelines between payment experiences (financial tradelines and banks) and tradeline experiences (continuous trades).

I tried to clarify in short time, but it is primarily a complex process. I'm surprised and disappointed regularly.
