IMO Neither! Fuelman and WEX are horrible to deal with and there are always crap tons of fees, and crazy terms like 10 day, direct debit, etc... Citi still has a few cards that are business liability only accounts Sunoco & Exxon Mobil and I would look into one or both of those. There is also a Conoco/76 card by Sync that is also business liability only gas card.
