US Bank triple cash

Hello everyone!

This past Wednesday, I bit the bullet and cold apped for the Triple Cash. I am an established US Bank customer and like to believe in their good graces. It said they would review the application and let me know. 

I called the robo lady each day and she still said pending. Well on Saturday the robo lady said congratulations you've been approved and will be receiving the card and terms in next ten business days. 

My question is do they normally send an email saying you're approved?  I've check each day since Saturday and have not received any communication. Even my online account has not been updated.

@Quackattack Yes, US Bank normally sends you an email saying you are approved and for how much.

U.S. Bank is also one of the slowest acting banks I have dealt with.

In your circumstances, I would talk to a live body even if you get transferred up the line. If you're already in with U.S. Bank system they should take care of you, right?

Just got the email this morning. I'm approved for $9000!  

Now that US Bank has really opened up to me with the following:

Cash plus 06/21

Cash plus 02/22

Altitude Connect 02/22

Triple Cash 06/22

I'm going all in. Slowly I will start moving most of my spend with them and away from other banks.

That's a ton of approvals in a very short period of time!  Did you get some of those (all of those?) with a single pull on your credit?
