I have the US Bank Club Carlson Business. It was instantly approved about two months ago for $18k limit. It showed up a few days later on my online acct. It was a TU pull but I was in Michigan at the time. The card management is kind of weird where i can see the card, but can't access the transaction history. It got frozen last month due to trying to make a large purchase ($975) at Target. It took over 20 minutes waiting on the phone for the security department only to be lectured about making a large purchase on a new card. They didnt know what to say when i asked why hand out 18k limits if we can't use them. The rewards are good though.
