I have never seen this card offered before and usually hear about these things from other members here or from DoC.
I was comparing it to the personal Altitude Reserve and there are obvious trade offs: higher spend requirement for the SUP bonus, 1/2 point less and quarter cap in mobile rewards and lower AF.
I believe it was created to align with an older Union Bank, which US Bank purchased, card. Mostly prior Union Bank business cardholder's were transferred into this card. No idea why they are offering it to new customers.
I just opened a US Bank Buss checking acct and I was told to apply and I said NO as I didnt want any hits to my credit. Was hopint they would do a SP since I have personal and CC with them, no dice
