Just wanted to update, since most of us -- including myself -- were having problems with activation and other issues.
Now, for me, everything's working smoothly. Balance transfers, external accounts, customer service.
And the website is excellent.
I opted to use the promotional balance transfer offers, rather than the $100 cash back SUB.
Unfortunately, it seems to be closed to new applications.
Agreed...it took a feat to get this done and an inordinate amout of time...but happy to say, it's working as it should now.
So who's going to be the first to ask for a CLI?
I had a BG credit card since 2021 before anyone else on this site and was the first to start talking BHG here, so don't forget it!
But when I tried the CLI it was a HP with the CSR so I decided not to go through it.
@SouthJamaica just fyi you can do both - i was able to do the balance transfer option and i hit the sub and they already rewarded me the points for it unless you mean u transferred a balance which wont let u spend the requirements for the sub, then nvm lol

I know that you can do both, but I chose not to do both, since the 0% BT offer was not matched by a 0% purchases rate. I reasoned that accepting the balance transfer offer would mean losing my grace period on the purchases and having to cough up interest at a 20.49% rate.
Since you've accepted both the SUB offer and the BT offer, let me know if I was wrong to worry about that.
There was another reason, which is that $100 on $3k spend -- 3.3% -- isn't really that great a SUB

No the link just wasn't there when I posted that. So I guess it's back now. But I still can't find it.
If this link does not work for you, it might be they have a cookie for you as an acount holder on your browser which removes it to prevent double applications from the same biz (I've been a web deveoper for over 25 years, so I'm familiar). If on Chrome, you can open in incognito mode and go to link below, there are no cookies stored in incognito, so it would likely show if that was the cause.
