Same scenario with spouse a couple weeks ago. Stayed in review for ten days, then checked the site and it showed approved. No SL on site had to wait on the card to arrive which took another 6 or 7 days. Two days ago I see a missed call and an email to contact them or the card would be declined or cancelled. Called them and all they wanted was a residence address (which was on the original app since they won't take a post office box). Gave it to them again and they said all was good.
I will mention that over a year ago spouse applied for a Bank Americard after receiving an offer in the mail. The app was submitted and stayed in review for almost four weeks then declined popped up AND somehow and fraud alert showed up onTU regarding BOFA. We just let it expire and it went away but took about 6 months.
Hopefully yours will be an approval.
