180 CLI AMEX Question?

so my AMEX BCE was opened Feb 7. I requested a 3x CLI on it yesterday and instantly approved.
How can I go about my next 3x CLI? Since I didn't wait the full 61 days for the first CLI?

Ideas for best approval chances. Btw I'm gardening for awhile
And are 180 day approvals common?

Doesn't matter whether you waited the 61 days or not.  Next CLI available is 181 days after your increase yesterday

Umm not sure what your question is but you can apply for another CLI 181 days from yesterday
