Well I bit the bullet and applied for the CSP knowing my odds of approval were fairly low. Current highest CL is 2,250 and I have a "thin file". Ended up with the two week message. Will keep you all posted on their final decision.

two week message is hopeful, at least not instant denial.

Spoke to verification today and was told the application would need further review. Knowing this typically means a denial, after about an hour I called the credit analyst/recon line. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately - who really knows), the credit analyst told me that the application was still being reviewed by the verification department. Guess I'll wait impatiently for further correspondence.
